Wilson House

Originally built in 1945 by the Ledbetter family, Wheelice Wilson Sr. and Ruby Nell Harlin purchased the home in 1947 where they raised their three children: Wheelice "Pete" Jr, William "Bill," and Janis. The family lived in the home until 2017, and owned it until early 2022. The family worked to restore the house to its original condition before officially opening as part of the museum in April 2022.  Today, the home includes original furnishings along with time-period accurate pieces the family sourced highlighting post WWII suburban life.
